- Here is a popular Chicken Casserole recipe that uses all your ingredients plus a few more: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Broccoli-Chicken-Casserole-I/Detail.aspx
- u can check with foodnetwork.com for some awesome chicken and broccoli receipes. happy eats!
- You can season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, cook in a frying pan, cut them into cubes, combine with broccoli. Combine a can of cream soup (any flavor would be good), with 1/2 cup sour cream and 1 shredded carrot (looks pretty and is good for you). Pour over the chicken and broccoli, transfer to a prepared baking dish. Make the stuffing according to the package and spread evenly on top of the chicken mixture and bake until bubbly at 350 degrees, probably 20 minutes. The stuffing would be your starch so additional potatoes or rice wouldn't be necessary. I would serve with a side salad.

Sprinkle with cheese and potato chips if desired. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 35 to 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
- I would make stuffed chicken breasts. Take your chicken and sear in a skillet for 5 minutes on each side. Cut a slit in the side of the chicken, fill with broccoli and stuffing. If you have a cream of mushrrom or chicken soup, I would drizzle it over the chicken (do not dilute), pop in oven 350 for 20 minutes until everything is hot and yummy. SOUNDS DELISH!!! or for a casserole.... I would cook stuffing mix according to directions. Layer in the bottom of a casserole dish. Sear the chicken in a skillet for 5 minutes each side. Cook the broccoli in a pan of boiling water. Layer stuffing mix first, then broccoli, and chicken on top. Top with cheese or cream of "something" soup to help keep moist. Since everything is cooked I would put in oven 350 for about 20 minutes
