I do not have bell peppers or onions and I am not going to the store Fajitas? A casserole, Nachos? I want to use up at least the ribeye and the chicken. - make steak tortillas. with cheese. lots of cheddar cheese if you have it. i love that kind of tortilla for w/e reason. or you can try to make a garlic sauce with the garlic, and dip it in the steak. that always really good.
- Burritos, Chimichacas, Soft tacos Cut the meat up shred the cheese warm up the beans and rice heat the tortillas roll all up with salsa , yum
- Okay. I think you should make quesadillas. They're delicious and easy to make (and eat, and not that messy to eat either). You already have all the necessary ingredients (cheese, tortilla) and you can add sides (refried beans, salsa and chips) or put extras in the quesadillas (salsa, zucchini, beans, and the meat you want to use). My family will have quesadillas and meat on the side sometimes and it's really good. My mom usually makes the quesadillas but I think the instructions are: heat the tortilla (in a pan, like saute pan, on the stove/grill) put cheese in open, flat heated tortilla add any extras you want (optional, and if you do that, don't stuff it, if you stuff it the fillings all fall out) fold over so tortilla is a half-circle (fillings inside) once cheese has melted, put on plate eat and enjoy :) Good luck and have a great dinner!
