What are some simple steamed chicken wings recipe?

1. Juct curious. Why would want to steam them when there so many better ways to cook them? Anyway the Chinese may have a tasty way of steaming them, I would look there.
2. Toss in a bowl with some salt, pepper and mixed herbs. Marinade in some soy sauce for 30 minutes The problem with steaming is the steam makes the seasonings run off. I prefer to grill them in the oven, under the top element.
