- Sounds delicious =)
- Put some flour in a bowl and add those seasonings. You can vary the amounts to taste. In another both scramble up an egg to use as an egg wash. dredge the wings first through the egg, then through the flour mixture. You could then fry them over medium heat in at least enough oil to cover them. Alternately, you could pour a thin layer of oil into a bake pan, add the coated wings and lightly sprinkle more oil on top of them, cook at 375 F until juice runs clear and coating is crisp and golden.
- Defrost chicken. You can do this in the sink. Put the chicken in a bag and submerge in hot water untill defrosted. Do not use microwave. Put a few tbs each of the seasonings into a cup of flower. Mix it all up in a bowel. Use this as a dredge and put each wing in one at a time and cover it with flower (try and keep a wet hand for the pre dipped wings, and a dry hand for the post diped wings and the flower) Cook about a half inch of oil at a heat that will make them sizzle till they are golden brown. or in the oven at 350 for 45 min Sorry I am bad with time, I just know when things are done You need to get some salt and oil one day.
- -Preheat oven to 400 degrees -prepare a greased baking pan -Thaw frozen chicken in microwave for five minutes. Then salt & pepper, remaining, partially thawed chicken, it's okay if it's partially cooked or partially frozen, depending on microwave- -while chicken is defrosting, prepare flour and seasoning mixture, using one of the A1 powders, i'd suggest BBQ. Use about a cup and half of flour and a large packet of seasoning (3 tblspns or more) -coat chicken in flour and spice powder mix, and arrainge in baking pan -Bake for 15 per side, rotating chicken and adding more oil, to make everything golden brown. -bake for total 30 minutes, or 45 min, depending on your oven.
- You can bake them from frozen, just rinse them off first with warm water. Cook them "low and slow" on about 350 until they are a bit crispy. I would mix what you have in a bowl to taste...the way you like the flavor. Spray the pan and the chicken with cooking spray and when they are about 1/2 way done brush them with your sauce concoction and it will form a glaze...or cook them all the way, heat your sauce in a pot and use it as a dipping sauce.
- Sugar in a frying pan with just 3 teaspoons of oil. Add any other seasonings. And then stir until fully cooked. The sugar gives it a great takes and it will turn like a brown color with the oil.
