Can You Cook Those Frozen Chicken Wings In a Box Stove Top?

I just moved into a new apartment and the oven doesnt work, the stove top (burners) do work though. So I went grocery shopping a few days ago and bought a box of those frozen chicken wings, and i totally forgot that the oven doesnt work. I would really like to eat them... so i was wondering if it would be safe to cook them stove top in a frying pan?

1. yes you can, my family fry the chicken wings in a pan on the stove.
2. sure you can. you may want to microwave them first (as per the microwave instructions on the box) just to thaw them some. then throw them in a pan to fry. or you could deep fry them (like fries) and skip the whole microwave step.
