- bake them
- Fry them, then toss w/ wing suace of choice
- Constantly stir and flip them over. Keep an eye on them, once they start turning brown...time to take them out. 10-12mins. max. for deep frying them.
- cook them on the grill until their a little balck
- first u can dip the wings in egg and then in cornflour and again coat with egg and flour it will never burn
- Make sure your oil is around 370 degrees and if gets higher turn the heat source down to maintain that temp. To high a heat and it burns, also, be patient, let the wings cook turning often. How do you know when your oil is right without a thermometer you ask? A nickle size piece will float in a deep fry and a pan fry will turn it brown in 20 seconds.
- All I know is that I deep fry them if they're flour coated, works well for me, cheers.
- if you lay them all on a baking tray and drissel with oil and cook them for about 45mins-hour they will turn out nice and golden brown and not burnt at all!
- After you flour them, put them in the refrigerator for a few hours until the flour gets goopy like paste. Make sure the oil is very hot - deep frying them is the best, but if you are skillet frying, don't keep turning them. Best to only turn them once. For wings, I like Frank's brand the best.
