How many calories did I eat today?
Breakfast: 1 cup of Apple Cinnimon Cheerios with 2% milk Lunch: Sandwich-- white bun, fat free ham, lettuce, chese and 1 pickle Snack: I apple, 4 small peices of watermelon Dinner: Four quasidillas, 1 slice of pizza, 2 chicken wings and half od a small chicken salad if anyone knows, it would help alot! thanks. they werent full quassidillas they were just 4 peices of them though

- i am not to good at this calorie counting thing. but i would guess a lot because chicken wings have a ton of calories and FOUR quasidillas is a lot of food because each flour torita has 150 calories so if you times that by 6 you get 900 calories and that is not even with the cheese. but anyways i would guess a lot sorry :(
- Why not get yourself a calorie counting book and a notebook. Write down an honest list of everything you eat each day and at the end of the day tally it up. Also, find a nutritionist and get them to set up a healthy eating plan for you. Looks like you are consuming most of your calories at the end of the day, NOT GOOD.

- let me try to help here. 1 cup of Apple Cinnimon Cheerios with 2% milk - approximately 200 kcal Sandwich-- white bun, fat free ham, lettuce, chese and 1 pickle= about 300 kcal watermelon + Apple = 100 kcal 4 quesadillas = 1000 kcal 1 slice pizza = 400 kcal 2 ckicken wings = 200 kcal chicken salad = 150 k cal GRAND TOTAL = 2350 KCAL ( approximately)
