how many calories am i taking?help.?

- i don't know about the calories, but you're definitely missing all fruits and vegetables.
- More important than calories is balance. You need greens and fruities. You need at least 1200-1600 cals per day to carry out normal bodily functions, so make sure you are getting that. A way you can calculate what you're eating by typing the food in is going to mypyramid.gov and using the my pyramid tracker.
