- 1small bagel ->2oz=145 cal 1med. bagel->3oz=230 cal 1lg. bagel->4 oz=285 cal 2 lg. eggs (fried) 105 cal each =210 cal. or 2 small eggs (fried)=175 cal 1 biscotti-> sm. 0.5oz= 70 cal. or 1 reg.->1oz=140 cal slice of pizza depends on what kind of crust but about =240 cal. 2 med. bananas=105cal each so =210 cal or 2 lg=120 each-> 240 cal. 5 chicken wings- with skin 100 cal. each w/out 45 cal 500 cal or 235 cal. Total high cal would be about 1,615 cal Total Low Cal would be about 1,160 cal If you need something to help you keep track The calorie king book is great it even lists all of the fast food places in it. - bagel-250 2 eggs- 150 biscotti-150 pizza-300 bananas-200 chicken wings-200 total- about 1250 thats good!
