or junk food cereal, milk, water, juice, meat, pizza, hamburgers, pbj, sausage buscuit, corndog, hotdog, chips and dip, hot wings, white rice, fried rice, brown noodles, ramen noodles, sweet and sour chicken, sweet tea, cheese sticks, lettuce, raseberry, blueberry, peach, apple, pears, salad, bologna sandwhich, wheat bread, french fries, ice cream, bacon, fish, gatorade, lemonade, sushi, avocados, pringles and thats all i can think of and you dont have to type in the whole word you can abbreviate it

- The answer to your question is something that you can find yourself on the side of every food you eat. It gives serving sizes that tell how many calories/grams of protein are found in each serving. For a conversion of carbs, fat, and protein the ratios are: 1 g of carbs = 4 calories 1 g of fat = 9 calories 1 g of protein = 4 calories I don't know if you know how to make all that work, but if you're trying to lose weight, you don't cut out all fats/carbs, you just manage what you eat. Reducing, but not eliminating, the calories in your diet and increasing how much exercise you do means that your body has to work from stored energy, typically stored fat. So if you keep a calorie log, and go walking every day, or running (couldn't give you exact exercise stats), then you'll quickly notice a steady weight loss. Does that help?
