Right now im not fat, but have a bit of a stomach. Abs arent visible, so i'm working on them also. I've never been in good shape before, so i want to make a change for this summer. For the past few days i've been eating salad, sometimes with grilled chicken. Subway, usually a veggie delight or turkey on whole wheat. I've also been drinking a can or 2 of the small v8 cans and lots of water, no soda. I burn about 300 calories each time about 3 or 4 days a week, then spend a lot of time working on my arms and chest. Also, just once a week though, me and my friend usually go out and get something we like to eat, not caring about calories or anything just to keep ourselves from going crazy from veggies 24/7 lol. I usually just get 6 wings and some fries, not too much. I also start my day off with a breakfast shake with skim milk that has some protein and vitamins, which is about 180 calories. Does anyone know about how many pounds i should lose per month with this diet plan
