  1. If it's a gas grill, it's a snap! I just cook everything on medium heat. It works! If anything, you may have to turn it down a little, but you'll get the hang of it. To me, it's easier than a gas stove. Get a sheet of aluminum foil, put the shrimp in the middle...add some sea salt, chopped or minced garlic, citrus juice of your choice, pepper, and pat of butter. Fold up foil and loosely close. Set on grill to cook about 20 mins.. As for chicken, while cooking brush on some of your favorite BBQ sauce or use some Italian seasonings infused in an olive oil to brush on. If you're unsure about when the chicken may be done, get a meat thermometer and check it. They all have what temp your meat should be right on the thermometer. Some good sides for summer would include a pasta salad, a dinner salad, potatoes of your choice, corn on the cob, fresh asparagus, or a squash mix.
  2. Haven'r grilled chicken wings, but shrimp is delicious.But...DO NOT grill cooked shrimp. Be sure to marinate them ( allrecipes.com is a good site ).
