Can I cook chicken wings on an electric forman grill.?

I have some little wings can I cook them on a forman grill that is electric. I guess I just want to make sure they can thoroughly cook.

  2. I don't see why you couldn't. Just cut the tips off and discard, then cut the wings at the joint. I wouldn't crowd them on the grill and I would season them well. If you have to do 2 batches, time them so you will know how long it takes for the next one. You might be able to serve one batch while the other is cooking.

  4. yes, just make sure you cook them to an internal temperature of at least 165
  5. Yes. They just have to cook on low, so that they are fully cooked. Only the sauce is half the wing to me, are you going to put it on before you cook them and let them marinate? I think thats what I would do, or cook them first and slather on some sauce when they are almost done.
  6. YES! Small pieces of meat like that cook extremely well on the GF.
  7. Sure. I find that turning whatever you are cooking is key on the Forman, even though supposedly it is not needed the truth is the top and bottom rarely cook evenly. Cook them until done and then toss them with your favorite sauce.
