- NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- 1 each Bottle KC Masterpiece Original BBQ sauce Honey to taste Eggs Milk Flour Chicken wings Oil for frying Add some honey to the BBQ sauce (to taste). Set aside. To prepare the wings, prepare an egg wash by mixing together some egg and milk (depending on how many wings you are goint to do). In another bowl, have some flour handy. First, dip the wings into the egg wash, then into the flour, back into the egg wash and back into the flour one more time. You can either deep fry them in oil (best) or spray them with PAM and bake them at 425 degrees until brown. Turn them once, spray with PAM (if you are baking them) until both sides are browned. Once wings are brown (fried or baked), place them into a pan with sides on it. Pour over the BBQ/honey sauce and bake them until the wings are done. The length of time will depend on how big the wings are.

- INGREDIENTS: * 20 chicken wings, tips removed * 2 cups all-purpose flour * 2 large egg mixed with 1 tablespoon water * 1 bottle barbecue sauce * 1/4 cup honey PREPARATION: Heat oil until to about 350° in deep fryer, or use a deep heavy skillet or Dutch oven with enough oil to cover several wings laying flat. Wash chicken wings and pat dry. Whisk together eggs and water. Set aside. Mix together the barbecue sauce and honey. Make the sauce as sweet as you like. Put the flour into a food storage bag, then shake the wings in it, to lightly coat. Roll the wings in the egg wash, then toss them back into the bag. You want a fairly heavy coating of flour, so the BBQ sauce has something to hang onto. You may want to dip and shake 2-3 times, using more flour and eggs as needed. Fry the wings in batches until they're golden brown and crispy. You'll be baking them later, so don't worry about the wings being thoroughly cooked. Drain chicken wings on paper towels. Preheat oven to 325°. Once the chicken pieces are browned and drained, dip each piece into the BBQ sauce and honey mixture and place onto cookie sheets. Make sure the pieces don't touch each other. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until they no longer look shiny and the chicken tests done (juices run clear when poked with a knife). Baking dries the coating out a bit and sets the coating so it doesn't fall off. Or you can try this one, this is good too! (1) 2.5 lb bag of frozen chicken wings, or fresh 1/2 cup honey 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp dry mustard 1 tsp chili powder 1-1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp garlic powder, or 2 cloves fresh, minced 1 tsp oregano 1/4 tsp onion powder 2 Tbsp brown sugar 1/4 cup water 2/3 cup BBQ sauce 2 Tbsp margarine 3 Tbsp vinegar 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce couple dashes of hot sauce Preheat oven to 350. Rinse wings, and cut off 3rd joint. Put on ungreased cookie sheet/cake pan in a single layer, bake for 45 minutes, drain fat. While baking, combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered 2-3 minutes. Pour over wings when they are done, and bake for 30 more minutes, stirring around 1/2 way through. (This will make about 2 cups of sauce. Doubled makes about 1/2 a medium saucepan full...(2 qt pan)) I have 10-12 guys that come over once a week to my house all winter long for slot car races, and they absolutely LOVE this wing recipe. It's tangy & sweet, yet just a TOUCH spicy. Good Luck and let me know when dinner is done! LOL
