  1. Take the wings out of the refrigerator and let them come up in temperature. Marinate them in your favorite BBQ sauce. Lower the heat on your BBQ and don't keep turning them...let them crisp up. If they are falling apart..you are just overcooking them.
  2. Marinate and use the marinade to baste them as you cook. Wings generally cook pretty easily, just turn them once, and don't let them get too dry. If you find that they are being difficult, you can wrap them in some foil so that they don't directly burn onto the BBQ plate.
  3. WRONG,WRONG, WRONG..... NEVER EVER let your chicken (sit out ) warm up!!!!! Depends on how you are making them!!! First Soak overnite in a light brine(salt water) solotion..... get grill or oven to about 375 degrees F ( i like to put foil the grill rake and spray a bit of non-stick cooking oil on it) then put your wings on for like 5-7 min .... turn over then apply BBQ sauce and finish cooking another 10 minutes... (apply with long brush of course) have X-tra sauce for those who lot it MESSY!!!! ENJOY!!!!!!!! P.S. you can add whatever spices you like to your sauce's , pepper,tyme,basil,parsley.... whatever you like!
