Chicken Wrap?
I had a chicken wrap from buffalo wild wings (grilled chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese :( in a floured tortilla) My only real concern is the tortilla, even though I do have slight concerns about the cheese as well. I ate a bowl of total with skim milk for breakfast. When I exercise (for an hour daily) I burn off no less than 720 calories and I have yet to do so for the day. I was wondering if after exercise I should just eat fruit to ensure no excess calories for the day. What do you think?

- I wouldn't worry too much about it. If you get a little bit of extra calories in a day, your body is reassured that it's not starving and is a lot more willing to burn calories the following day. In fact, that's the best technique to overcome a weight loss standstill. If you up your calorie intake, your body will respond by burning more. It's just one day of the rest of your life, enjoy your wrap and also remember that you can't undereat the next day to make up for the previous overeating day. Your body doesn't work that way.
- If you're hungry after you work out, eat. When your body is hungry it's because it needs some nutrients. Don't deny yourself food, just make sure you feed your body healthy things. It's ok to splurge once in a while. Don't feel bad about it, it's normal. Don't start feeling like you already ruined your hard work either. Just get right back on your plan and keep moving forward toward your goal.
- Do you have an eating disorder? If that's all you eat each day and try to burn 720 calories, you sound like you're in trouble. Eat healthy foods- protein, vegetables, complex carbs. Eating like a bird won't make you lose weight, it will make you sick. PS Total cereal is loaded with sugar AND corn syrup. You're better off a couple of boiled eggs and a piece of fruit for breakfast.
