Microwave maintaineance?

How do I clean my microwave after using especially when I grill chicken wings. The oil and sauce will stick on the microwave.

1. soap and water, just scrub
2. I use 409 cleaner a paper towel. Just don't use metal like a SOS pad. The metal will makes sparks. The sparks look cool but can brake the thing.
3. Boil a bowl of water in the microwave, the steam will help clean up anything. You can even add some lemon to the water for a nice smell. I learned this when I was sterilizing baby bottles in the microwave.. it's never been cleaner! Good luck :-)
4. Put boiling water in a Glass Bowl then put the Microwave on HIGH for around 2 minutes. You can then wipe the inside walls clean (but you should be careful as the steam might be hot...)
