- Fresh pineapple cut into cubes fried in olive oil with equal amount of sliced red onion spiced by green cardomon (use about 20 pods split with a sharp knife and the seeds poured in your pan.) Serve with pitta bread...just add water to flour stirring with a finger to make a sticky mess. Pour into hot pan with a little oil, after one minute turn over the dump of mess and press down with a spatula into a flat cake. Turn over to finish. It's so simple, and fresh tastes so good. (don't forget to add salt and a little chili to your mixture. )You'll never run out of bread again!! Good luck with the BBQ!
