- Not a whole lot you can do about them, I actually clip mine off, don't ask, long story. But they sell this stuff called Kanka in any store, it comes in like a pen with a brush on the end and it basically numbs the area. Hope that helps. I would not recommend clipping them off.
- put spinach in your mouth and hopefully the e coli will take the swelling down but i am afraid you will have to go to hospital with e coli but at least you will be able to taste the hospital food
- I always get them after eating something really salty, like potato chips. Usually, I take out my tweezer, and just pull out the swollen bud. I know it sounds weird, and it takes a bit of practice, but I feel soooo much better afterwards.
- I pull mine off too like duoak does. It does feel better, but it usually bleeds. In the long run, it feels better though, it's not bugging me in my mouth.
- Youth mouth heals faster than any other part of your body, give it a few days. Kanka (a liquid) or Benzodent (a paste) will numb the area in the mean time. I wouldn't remove the buds, as you could be doing more damage!
