  1. dip them in beaten egg then flour with paprika then deep fry in hot oil mind add salt and pepper
  2. I think you just make some fried chicken wings and then drench them in hot sauce.
  3. don't know, but orange sauce (homeade) tastes good also. can be made to be spicy.
  4. No i am really sorry i dont kno but you can try callin and askin sorry i wasnt much help but i do agree those wings are good
  5. INGREDIENTS: (Makes two dozen) THE WINGS 12 whole chicken wings Vegetable oil for deep frying THE HOT SAUCE 2 cloves garlic 1/4 cup (60ml) Tabasco or Louisiana Hot Sauce 4 tablespoons (60g) butter or margarine 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tablespoon celery seed Black pepper Salt if needed THE GARNISH Fresh celery sticks cut into about 12 3- to 4-inch lengths 1/2 cup mayonnaise 4 ounces blue cheese PROCEDURE: 1. Cut the wings into three sections each, discarding the tips, so you have 12 "drumettes" and 12 two-bone sections. Pat them dry and deep-fry them in vegetable oil at 350F (175C) for 10 to 12 minutes or until fully cooked and crisp. Drain on paper towels. (OPTION: If you don't want to deep-fry the chicken, bake the wing sections on a lightly greased cookie sheet at 425F (220C) until crisp.) 2. While the wings are frying or baking, peel and smash the garlic cloves and put all the sauce ingredients except the salt into a small saucepan. Bring it just to the boil and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 to 15 minutes or until the butter is melted and the flavors have had time to blend. Check for seasoning and add salt only if needed; the sauce will probably be salty enough from the hot sauce and Worcestershire. Note that the level of spicy heat can easily be adjusted from hot to AAAtomic by altering the amount of hot sauce and adding cayenne and black pepper if you dare. To make it milder still, increase the amount of butter. 3. Put the cooked wings in a large bowl. Remove and discard the garlic cloves and pour the sauce over the wings, gently stirring and shaking the bowl until the wings are well coated. 4. Serve 'em up sizzling hot, garnished with the celery sticks and a quick sauce made by blending the crumbled blue cheese into the mayo with a fork.
  6. First get 3 day old wings. Insert into fryer full of greasy oil. Add lots of barbecue sauce and tons of spices to hide the oldness of the food.
  7. These are almost as good a pizza hut and i know nothing compares but these really are worth a try: Ingredients 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 small onion, very finely chopped 2 garlic cloves, crushed 2 tbsp clear honey 4 tbsp tomato ketchup 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp English mustard 2 tsp Tabasco sauce 8 chicken wings, tips removed 2 tbsp Flour, seasoned with salt and pepper Method 1. Preheat the oven to 200C/gas 6. 2. Heat the oil in a small pan and cook the onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes until softened. Stir in the honey, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and Tabasco and simmer very gently for a minute or so. 3. Dust the chicken in the seasoned flour then brush liberally with the sauce. Place on a baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes until well browned and cooked through. 4. Transfer to a serving plate and keep those napkins handy, or just lick those fingers!
  8. bake your chicken wings in the oven. Then melt about 4 Tbsp of butter & add 5-6 Tbsp of hot sauce ( I use Texas Pete which has the instructions on the back. Mix the butter & hot sauce together then put your wings in a large bowl w/ the sauce & mix. They are so good!!
