  2. these are great and much better for you..spray your cookie sheet with pam. dump your frozen wings on the sheet then spice them with garlic powder, onion powder, seasoning salt pepper, and red pepper. now bake them at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes. serve all your sauces on the side. i love them with barbque sauce, my hubby eats them with teriaki, my son loves ranch dressing..............yum
  3. Make them plain...in veggie oil,or canola.... and make the sauce on the side. I have 4 children, 12, 7, 6, and 4. Who ever wants plain will have plain..who ever wants spicy..will have some sauce on the side? Hot sauce is made with Tabasco sauce, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste. Have fun with it. you can also mix A-1 sauce and it has a really nice flavor. Barbecue ( which ever is your favorite) is good too.
  4. Frank's hot sauce is probably one of the more popular hot sauces for wings. They have a special sauce made specificlly for hot wings. I don't think that they are that hot. They even have a lot of flavor. The recipe is right on the bottle. The way I make them is baked in the oven so that they dont have too much fat in them. You marinate the hot wings in the sauce and bake them in the oven for 45 minutes. good luck
  5. HOT HONEYED CHICKEN WINGS 3 lb. chicken wings 3/4 c. Picante sauce 2/3 c. honey 1/3 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. Dijon-style mustard 3 tbsp. vegetable oil 2 tbsp. grated fresh ginger 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel Additional Picante Sauce Cut off and discard wing tips; cut each wing in half at joint. Place in 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Combine 3/4 cup picante sauce, honey, soy sauce, mustard, oil, ginger and orange peel in small bowl; mix well. Pour over chicken wings. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place chicken wings and sauce in single layer on foil-lined 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan. Bake 40-45 minutes or until brown. Serve warm with additional picante sauce. Makes about 34.
  6. this is a recipe with a kick but not the type that makes u run for water so it should be ok for the 7yr old take the wings, dip/marinate them in franks hot sauce( the longer in the hotter they'll be), then flour, than fry (for crisp skin) or oven cook...but its not the same
  7. season with salt and pepper your raw chicken wings. Deep fry in hot oil until done a few at a time. For the kids just drain and serve for those who like it hot, sprinkle on to your taste hot sauce while wings are hot from fryer.Toss to coat. Done this way, chicken wings are absolute heaven, not good for you, but oh so good!
  8. cook wings or drummetts in butter on stove top with lawry garlic salt, when their all cooked, add red rooster hot sauce, thats it!with the ranch on the side, thats what im making tomarrow.
