where does the little chicken pieces come from to make hot wings?

  3. I think they come from anywhere in the chicken.You can make them out of any part.......
  4. The little drummets (the part that looks like small legs) are the "upper arm" portion of a chicken wing, and the other pieces (with the two slender bones) are the "lower arm" portion of the wing. The wing tip is typically discarded.
  5. From the chicken factory. Every chicken has two wings so it take 6 chickens to make a half order of hot wings. That's a lot of chickens for a beer snack. Thank Goodness there is enough demand for other chicken parts to support the chicken wing demand or we'd have a lot of wingless chickens. Maybe some day they will geneticly engineer them to have four wings on each chicken.
