Baking Chicken wings in the oven?
What temp would I bake chicken wings at? Anyone please help. Have no charcoal to barbeque. Know an approximate time? Thanks in advance.

- around 350 degrees
- 350 is perfect
- If you are using an oven, preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. On a foil lined baking sheet (sprayed lightly with cooking spray), place your chicken wings in a single even layer and drizzle very lightly with oil. Bake for 10-12 minutes, turn the wings over and cook for another 10 minutes. Check to make sure the chicken is fully cooked through; it should be evenly browned on the outside but juicy and tender on the inside. Squeeze fresh lemon juice on top and garnish with extra lemon wedges.
- 400 degrees. Coat the wings with a good sticky barbecue sauce. Turn over after 10 minutes, bake 10 minutes more. turn off the oven, and serve after 10 minutes.
- Anything can be cooked at 350F and come out good =) Preheat the oven(400F) and then drop it down to 350F when you put the wings in or the outside will burn before the inside is cooked. If you have a meat thermometer check it for doneness(175-180 degrees) figure approx. 30-40 minutes cooking time. You can also check Perdue website(link below) for more info and recipes =)
