How Do I Keep My Chicken Wings From Sticking?
I like to bake my chicken wings (buffalo style) in my oven but I can't seem to find the right type of material to keep them from sticking to the baking sheet. I've tried a regular baking sheet with no luck, then used tin foil and they still stuck, and finally I placed waxed paper on top of the baking sheet and not only did that not work but I began to smoke out my entire kitchen. Can anyone tell what I can do?

- butter my good man or woman butter will help de stick atize them add to buffalo sauce
- Have you tried a cooking spray, such as "Pam"? Not a good idea to put waxed-paper in the oven - the wax melts and smokes up your entire kitchen!
- try a lil oil
- Simple. Put them on a skillet and dont touch them AT ALL untill a skin has developed THEN and only then may you flip them with out them sticking.
- spray some nonstick spray on them. or lightly grease the pan with olive oil (lightly please).
- use butter
- I make my wings the same way. I use a non stick pan, then dip a paper towl in oil to oil up the pan and lightly powder bisquick (or you can use flour) just like I would for a cake. It works well most of the time. If they still stick I let them cool a bit and then flip a spatula over and scrap them off ;)
- Spray cooking sheet with PAM
- you can still do the baking with the foil.. use no stick on the top of the foil. but when you do the chicken wings, make sure you use this recipe.. my dad has a million dollar recipe, literally.. lol. well i'll just say simmer the sauce of choice, with a stick of butter.. every 8 oz add a extra stick.. so delicous, add whatever extra spices when you finally do the sauce then base them as usual
