- BAKED CHICKEN WINGS 16 chicken wings 1 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. canned chopped tomatoes, with liquid 1/2 c. finely chopped celery 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce 1/2 tbsp. cider vinegar 1/2 tsp. salt 1. Wash the chicken wings and pat dry. In skillet saute chicken wings in melted butter until lightly browned. Arrange in oiled ovenproof baking dish. 2. Add tomatoes with liquid and celery. 3. In separate bowl, mix together soy sauce, vinegar, and salt. Pour over the chicken. 4. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until tender. TIPS: Do not crowd the pan when browning the chicken wings. GOOD SERVED WITH: Herbed rice, broccoli with sesame seeds, and applesauce cake for dessert.
- Turn the oven on 350 get whatever kinda chicken you want clean it cover it in seasoned salt and pepper put it in a pan with aluminum foil inside then cover with foil and put in the oven. Check on it let it cook a good hour and 1/2 or 2 then get you some ranch and tear it up!!
