skinless chicken any good?
ti want to try cooking chicken wings without the skin because they are only 26 calories. i have a very delicious seasoning i put on baked chicken wings and they taste fried. has anyone tried cooking wings without the skin. i'm trying to eat less calories.

- wings are dark meat, and therefore contain just as much fat as beef. Why don't you try using the breast meat in the same fashion?
- There's not enough meat on the wings for me to undertake the task of pulling all the skin off. I'd rather eat the breast tenders if I'm going to eat chicken skinless. Of course you can always try boneless skinless thighs, but they have more fat than the white meat.
- The previous answerer needs to get more familiar with her chicken parts. Wings and Breast are white meat and very lean Legs and Thighs are dark meat and are a little fattier. That being said, I cook skinless chicken all the time, I say give it a try and then if you need to make adjustments you can.
