what song is this??

ok, so i saw this video on t.v. & i really liked it, but i don't remember what the song, or the artists are, & i tried to google it, but no luck... The video is a girl rapping into a microphone about how she can do whatever she wants if she wants to. She's singing it to some guys, & they're dancing (boys vs. girls) in like a school gym or something like that... It's a hip hop/rap kinda song... Some of the lyrics are like this: "_________what's this what's that, never seen a chick put it down like that...." "I can get up and dance if I want to_________ cuz i don't want you" *note* '______'parts of the song that I don't know the lyrics of. I know that's not much to work with, but if u have ANY idea, then please help
