What was the name of the show with Cher and she was a biker chick and her son had a disfigured face?

i met someone like that the other day and talked to them about the show, but could not remember the name. Thanks, like when I met a person with only a left hand, I shake it and this young lady was nice and just thought she would enjoy seeing it. Amazing how blessed we all are, but that was a great movie. Wish he had not died, but she got clean and that's it. thanks again you three.
