How do Incubators work?
Public Comments
- it is a warm area where new borns are put to keep up body temperature.
- There is an area on it so the doctors can set a temp and the incubator warms up to that temp and stay at that temp unless it changed. sort of like a furnish
- Preemies cannot control their own body temp so the incubator, like when a chicken sits on the eggs to help them hatch, it keeps their body temps where it should be.
- They maintain a constant temperature, thus regulating the babie's body temperature, something which the infant cannot do for itself.
