  1. 1. I believe that one is born Goth, that it is in your blood and cannot be changed even if you get a job and have to cut your hair and change your clothes to earn more money. 2. I'm a Lolo Goth, meaning that I wear color. I also like corsets. 3. KMFDM, Rammstein, hard music and German stuff
  2. They are posers, plain and simple. And come on, some deodorant won't kill you. Those avatars clearly are not "goth".
  3. These are my favorite Goth Bands: The Sisters of Mercy Bauhaus I became goth because I was comfortable with the people and it seemed to "fit" me. At first other goths called me a "poser" but I asked for help instead of getting mad. I found out that goths were helpful and kind. You don't have to have thick make-up and piercings to be a goth. This is a personal preference.
  4. I didn't necessarily "change" into goth, it was more just an interest that developed due to the type of things I've been into ever since I can remember. Since I was really young, like even maybe 4 or 5, I was into darker things and watched horror movies and the like and I remember basically checking out every book the library had on subjects like vampires, werewolves, and other things like that at around the ages of 7 or 8. And even though those things aren't goth, I think my eventual interest in the goth subculture developed from the interest in darker themed things. And then by the time I hit fifth grade, so like when I was 10/11, I had started painting my nails black and in sixth grade had started dressing in all black. And now I'm 20 and even more into the subculture. My style now kinda depends on the situation. Like everyday life, I'll wear band t-shirts, like Bauhaus, Siouxsie and the Banshees, and Christian Death, along with others and just like plain black or grey pants. But when I go out and want to get dressed up I'll wear like corsets and other types of dressier goth looking tops and sometimes skirts and fishnet. Bands I like vary since I listen to several genres besides goth, but for goth bands I listen to the aforementioned ones along with bands like 45 Grave, Specimen, All Gone Dead, Cinema Strange, Eat Your Make Up, Burning Image, Kommunity FK, and Frank the Baptist. And that's just a portion of the list.
  5. uhmm this is for the guy up there who said goths smell bad there's this goth chick at my school, and she smells fine, kinda like laundry detergent lol
