My chicken wings caught on fire?

Okay, so I was making chicken wings over the stove and somehow a piece of paper flew on the stove and caught on fire. I used a pitch fork to try and get the chicken wings out of the fire but it didnt work. Any help here??? Please?

Ok....I think I got this one! Well...you put out the fire right?...ok good...Lets start all over...You got some new wings right? Ok good. 1st lick finger...hold in air...assure there is no wind/breeze! 2nd Paper weights...(buy alot!!!) weight down everything! even the heavy things...hey you never know! 3rd Ya, your gonna have to cook em. although it's probably too late now, the best thing to have done is cover the pan to suffocate the flames. I don't know cooking method you were using to make the chicken (frying, deep frying, sauteing, etc) so I am not able to tell you how to recover your food if that is possible.
