Am I on the road down to anorexia?
So i have read a book about anoexia and like yesterdays question i had this want to be anorexic?But now I dont want to i see myself as a fat person..i am 5'5 and 115 lbs at 13 years of age.today all i ate was 3 chicken wings and i feel so bad for eating them so i burned 300 calories on a excersise bike and did 10 situps and i feel that i cant eat too much without getting fat .this has been going on for only 2 days but ive nevr had so much determination before i am so hungry but im used to it.i really dont want to get fat what do i do?

- you are definitly on the road! being guilty about eating is the worst, but eating healthy shouldn't make you feel guilty. DON"T starve yourself, if you are hungry, eat whole grains, fruits, vegetables, dairy, etc to keep you healthy. if you don't eat you will seriously harm yourself.
- you definitely have an unhealthy body image and eating habits. you should talk to a professional. What you're doing now is NOT going to keep you thin it's going to mess up your metabolism for life. By starving yourself you're training your body to store as much fat as possible because it needs it to live.Fat and calories are NOT your enemy. It's time to start eating healthy - plenty of fruit and veggies, some dairy, nuts, beans and eggs for protein, and some carbs are necessary. When you're hungry EAT (just don't overeat- stop when you're no longer hungry). That's your body's way of telling you what it needs. If you don't want to get fat, just don't eat junk like fried foods, chips, and soda and you should be able to maintain a healthy weight. If this obsession continues talk to your parents, a counselor, and/or a professional.

- you are definitely anorexic, please go see a doctor and/or counselor. you're not fat, either, in fact you sound slim. people would kill to look like you. lose any more weight and you'll start to look like an unattractive, stick-thin, shapeless twig. just eat well (but don't restrict yourself!) and get about 45 minutes of exercise (walking, sports) etc. and you'll feel better about yourself - though personally, i think you are PERFECT right now, but for your own peace of mind just lead a healthy lifestyle and you'll feel good. but again, i urge you to tell your parents and seek help - you need it.

Haahaa, it's true. You are at a great weight, I'm 13 and 5'5 and am fairly close to your weight. A lot of girls that I'm friends with weigh that much or more. For your height, you can weigh up to 130!!!!! Anorexia is a mental disease, fight it! If you do give in then you lose all your hair, stop getting your period, your bones break down and sooooo many other difficulties. Your life is pretty much reuined. If you are worried, and you shouldn't be, run a few times a week, but don't starve yourself!!!! People love you and would hate for you to get that way!! Stay strong girly!!! With love, Alex <3
- welcome to the club sweety so you ate something and you felt guilty about it,, good sign no its very bad sign ,,i m not joking if being anaroxic is good then you are doing great wich isnt so you are killing yourself since 2 days wish you luck with comming to the sane road again ask for help ,its hard ,but worth the try
- a weight of 115 lbs for a height of 5'5 isn't actually that lightweight. eating 3 chicken wings in 1 day is way to little, but ur weight is okay for ur height. basically, u can probably lose another 10 lbs (if u really want 2), and still be an okay weight. ur still sorta skinny now, but if u really want to lose more weight, u can. after u get down to 100lbs ur probably getting a little skinny depending on whether u have wide shoulders or if ur "well developed" or not. if ur really flat-chested and have a really small shoulder width than u r probably ok. but 2 play it safe, no matter what, u shouldn't get below 95 lbs.
