How can I build an easy incubator for chicks?

I want to hatch some eggs and would like some ideas on how to build an easy incubator. Have some ideas and suggestions but would like some others. Thank you.

1. buy a iguana heating rock and put it in a glass bowl w/ bedding over top of it and place the eggs on top of the bedding and cover w/ a towel we just hatched ducklings...
2. Get a 10 gallon aquarium and put in a 100 watt light bulb. Cover it on the top. This will keep the eggs warm with the light bulb only and it should work :) But, check the temperature with a thermometer, and make sure it doesnt go to high, if it does, then put in a lower wattage bulb.
