What do you eat after you got your teeth zoom?

I got my teeth whiten by zoom and i dident get a list of what i shouldent eat. Anyways is it ok for me to eat peanut-butter & jelly sandwhich & spicy chicken wings by kfc or will this stain my teeth.

2. I think they are meant to give you a brochure or something with a list of foods that you can and you cant eat. Im not sure about that . . . I think you arent meant to eat food which has colours which could stain your teeth. You can eat things that are white I think like white bread and youghurt.
3. Don't eat anything that would stain a white t-shirt a color. Eat like vanilla yoga rt, mashed potatoes, chicken sandwich with no tomatoes/lettuce, fettuccine alfredo....white food for 24-48 hrs. Don't drink anything with color either. This is so important, I am so surprised they didn't give you this information.
4. Do whatever your dentist told you to do and nothing else...
