can i make my home made incubator into a homemade brooder? And how?

i made a styrafoam incubator and i need to know how to make it into a brooder for my button quails.

1. Set the incubator up on some pieces of blocks. four half bricks would be perfect. Turn them on their side and sit the top of the incubator on there. That way they can run under there if they get cold.
