How do you cook chicken wings on a girll?

Without them falling into the grill? I tried and tried but they kept falling through the bars and caught on fire. Then i reach in and grabbed them out and threw em on a paper plate. but my hand caught on fire so my husband stabbed me with a pitchfork. Help??? Im bleeding :(

Marinade them in your favourite sauce, there are plenty of ready to use varieties at the supermarket. Then get a long length (about 1.5m(5')) of foil. Fold foil, first in half then in half again(both times length wise) so that it is a fairly thick piece. Then fold the edges to form a bag, but leave the "top" open. put your wings in the bag, seal the top and put them on the grill/bbq for about 20 minutes. Break bag open carefully(hot steam). This way the wings don't drop through grill bars. You can use this for lots of things like fish( add a little white wine), vegies or even meat.

You can purchase a wire grilling rack that closes to hold the wings in place. Can be found at any store that carries grill stuff. You can also use metal skewers.... Or...you could stick them onto the ends or that pitchfork.
