What should I serve with soup erb chicken casserole?

chicken broccoli and peas cooked with elbow macaroni and homemade corn bread stuffing folded all together with a creamy sauce of cream of chicken soup and sour cream baked in the oven till hot and bubbly what should i serve with it a beverage suggestion would be nice also thanks

1. Nothing heavy as for drinks Liquor or wine! Non-alcoholic - basic tea
2. A big, crisp green salad with a light Balsamic vignarette dressing ... and possibly a citrus fruit salad (to balance the heaviness of the casserole) ......iced tea or lemonade or a crisp, dry white wine
3. A fresh tossed salad with a light dressing, dinner rolls and iced tea with lemon.
