Does a nipple grow back after being affected by chicken pox?

My son had chicken pox and one spot was on his nipple. The scab fell off and left a scar where his nipple was. Will his nipple come back?

1. His nipple isn't gone it just has a scar covering it, in time you will probably be able to see it, especially if it is a small child.
2. That is a very sensitive subject (lol) - no pun intended. I don't know but I wish him luck withit.
3. it depends on what part of the chicken he caught chicken pox from. If he had chicken breast pox, I'm sorry to say, he will be the proud owner of a scarred nipple. Now if he had chicken thigh pox he'd be good to go.
