- im not sure if this works, but you could put the sauce on the chicken and then wrap it in foil and then cook it O.o
- 1 cup ketchup 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar 2 tablespoons orange juice 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard powder 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 (3 1/2-pound) chicken, cut into 8 pieces Preheat oven to 375 degrees F or prepare a grill (brush the grill grate lightly with oil). In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients except the chicken. Reserve 1/3 cup of the barbeque sauce; set aside. Add the chicken to the remaining sauce in the bowl, turning to coat. Arrange the coated chicken in a roasting pan or on the grill. Cook (covered, if grilling) for 40 to 45 minutes or until cooked through, basting with the reserved 1/3 cup sauce after 20 minutes. if u dont have time or ingredients 2 make the sauce just buy a bottle of BBQ sauce and cook it with the same procedure
- When you barbecue chicken, one of the most important things...do not put the barbecue sauce on the chicken until the end. If you put it on too early, the sugars in the BBQ sauce will carmelize and produce a burnt flavor. Also, you may want to use a bone in chicken breast too. http://www.williams-sonoma.com/recipe/recipedetail.cfm?objectid=564A0EB2%2D870C%2D4179%2DACC967363481BB1E Here's a good step by step site too: http://kalynskitchen.blogspot.com/2007/05/how-to-make-juicy-grilled-chicken.html
- Grill the chicken over the open charcoal for about five min. a side. Check often to make sure its not burning. Some nice browning is desired. After 10 min.when you stick a fork in and the juices run clear. Raise the grate as high as it will go and start applying BBQ sauce.
- only 7 hours to prepare! thats a long time! i marinate chicken in olive oil lemon juice & the zest - zest has a ton of flavor salt & pepper & parsley grill it and squeeze more lemon on top after its cooked. very tasty and easy
- chicken breast with the bone is difficult to get done on the grill without charring the outside. If it's boneless, it's easier. BUT if it is bone-in, try baking it in the oven on 350 for about 30 minutes wrapped in foil. Then remove it from the oven and the foil, put it on the grill and SLOWLY grill until it's done. Temp should be 180 internally. Baste with your favorite BBQ sauce every 10 minutes. It will probably take another 30 minutes on the grill. Boneless, just put on the slow grill and baste every 10 minutes. Until it reaches 180 degrees internally. Sauces - if you don't have any BBQ sauce, melt butter or margarine and add some worchestershire sauce - or teriyaki - to the marg. use this as the baste.
- This is our favorite way to grill our chicken breast and it's yummy every time. Marinate chicken breast in Italian dressing as little as 4 hours up to 24 hours depending on how much time you have. Grill as usual. Grilled zucchini goes great with your grilled chicken. Slice zucchini long ways about 1/2 inch think slices, brush with olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste and grill for until just tender and enjoy.
- okay that is easy you take the chicken breast and put it in a plastic freezer bag with a cup and a half of italian dressing a few splashes of soy sauce a little bit of mustard a splash of teriyaki sauce and worcestershire sauce let it sit for an hour in the ice box you can also fix the veggie the same way depends on what kind of veggie you can slice them and then you have to spray the grill with nonstick spray are put olive oil on a clean rag and rub it on the grill to see if the chicken is cooked cut it out a little and make sure it is not pink any more you can add what ever barbque sauce on it as it is cooking
