What is the best incubator for a hobbyist?

I am looking to hatch Coturnix quail (30 or so) and bantams and standard chickens (probably up to 12 at a time). I don't want to spend more than $150.

1. Try looking on Ebay or Craigs list for used ones. You will want one that turns the eggs and has a humidity control.
2. Hovabator with viewing window. Easy to set, easy to use and very reliable - but you gotta go turn the eggs yourself. costs about $45 brand new, you can find them on ebay.
3. I bought my incubator on ebay Its Called little giant incubator with egg turner for 81 dollars, unfortunately i was bidding on two so i won both, but the other brand is Hovabator that one was 56 with shipping. Good luck!!!!!!!!
