Is it illegal to have roosters in saint paul Mn?

My neighbors some where in my neighborhood have roosters and I hear them every morning, and I think they boought my old dog kennel to keep them!

1. Call your local animal control or SPCA branch and find out. I would imagine that there would be some sort of by-law about keeping roosters within the city limits. If you are out in the 'country', then you're going to be SOL!
2. You will have to check with your local Animal Control. This is a world wide site & you probably won't get an answer unless someone on here is from St. Paul.
