just wondering how you cook small marinated chicken wings like temps and times. thanks

  3. I marinate (overnight) in soy sauce, sugar, white wine, garlic salt, ginger and bake on a cookie sheet at 325 (no more than 350) an hour to an hour and a half. Scrumptious!

While holding the base, push the meat down gently to expose the bone and form a "chicken lollipop." Remove any flesh left on the thin end with a clean towel. Combine the honey and mustard in a mixing bowl. Thin the mixture out with a bit of water. Dip the chicken meat in honey-mustard, allowing the excess to drip off, then coat with bread crumbs. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place "chicken lollipops" on a baking pan standing up. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve immediately

Ingredients: 1 teaspoon olive oil, for baking sheets 1 (8 ounce) package salted corn tortilla chips 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon paprika Coarse salt and ground pepper 12 whole chicken wings 1 cup red or green prepared salsa, for serving (optional) Directions: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line two rimmed baking sheets with aluminum foil; brush lightly with oil. Set aside. In a food processor, pulse chips in two batches until finely ground (you should have about 2 cups ground chips); transfer to a large shallow dish. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs; season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Working in two batches, place wings in egg mixture. Remove wings one by one, letting excess egg fall off. Transfer to dish containing ground chips; toss to coat, patting mixture on with hands. Arrange coated wings on prepared baking sheets. Bake, switching pans from top to bottom shelf halfway through, until lightly browned and tender, 40 to 45 minutes. Season wings with salt. Serve with salsa, if desired. Yield: 4 servings

These are very good, BBQ Party Wings Ingredients: • 2 pounds Chicken Wings (folded) • 1 Bottle Demon Pig BBQ Sauce • Demon Pig BBQ Rub • Spray Margarine Directions: Rinse and dry wings, folding and locking tip. Spray wings with pump spray margarine and coat with Demon Pig BBQ Rub. Bake on sheet pan 45 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven. Remove to crock pot or covered baking dish. Coat with Demon Pig BBQ Sauce and cook for one hour on high. Reduce to low, stir and serve. To finish in conventional oven - bake at 350 degrees, when covered and sauced. Reduce heat to 250 to finish. Notes: Any flavor of Demon Pig Sauce works with this recipe. Blaze Orange is my favorite.
