Chicken for dinner, anyone?

My mother-in-law works at a Poultry factory, and now my husband and I have an endless supply of chicken products. She bought us breaded chicken breasts, and I was hoping someone would have some ideas of how I could make it a little more interesting. I am up for anything..

3. Bake them or fry them in oil, cut into slices, toss w/ buffalo wing sauce, and eat them dipped into blue cheese dressing. Or, put them over a salad w/ blue chz crumbles.
