  4. if your cooking it on the stove, add a little water. It makes a big difference.
  5. you may be cooking it too long, boneless skinless breast cook fairly quickly. Also try using some kind of marinade, and baste them every so often.
  6. keep in fridge for a day it works my maa does it it tastes so good the next day when u barber que or maranate it w/oil
  7. breast becomes dry when over cooked...a boneless chicken breast should be cooked no longer than 30 mins in the oven at 350...if you grill it...cook it 4 mins per side then remove to a warm platter cover with foil and let rest for 10 mins...the carry over heat will help complete the cooking with out drying it out.
  8. if your cooking it in the over cook it on a lower temp i cook it on 350* it comes out really good if you use a sauce it like makes it nice to
  9. are you just wanting them plain from the oven? place each breast individually in foil, place a knob of butter on each one, wrap it up, cook as normal in the oven, open half way through cooking and baste, and re wrap, 10 mins before they are done open the foil and allow them to colour

  11. i my self love to cook and an easy way to keep it from drying out is to grill it on the BBQ and also you can marinate it in different combination of sauces you can find, my self i use a brush and brush the chicken with BBQ sauce hope this helped p.s. over cooking it can dry it out to
  12. by puting it on a silver shiny bacon pan, putting aluminum foil over it, and putting it on 3.5 or 4
  13. You are probably over cooking it. This is how I sometimes make my chicken and it turns out great! Preheat oven to 375 Cover chicken breasts in ranch dressing both sides, put some seasoning on it Spray a baking sheet/pan with cooking spray Bake for 35 minutes Gives it a nice flavor, and it's very moist
  14. If your chicken is drying out, you're overcooking it. Boneless, skinless is best NOT baked in the oven, unless it's been coated in crumbs or batter or is down in a sauce of some sort.
  15. RD is right - overcooking is usually the culprit. I like to use the 30 minute marinades that you find in the condiment section at the store. They really do moisten up your chicken in 30 minutes, throw em in the oven or on the george foreman and then slap a final layer of that marinade on there, they'll be good. In the oven you want to cook them until the juices run clear when you poke it with a fork.
