How long should I bake a FROZEN chicken spaghetti?

I frozen a chicken spaghetti casserole a month ago and would like to bake it for dinner tonight? How long should I bake it for it to be heated thru and at what temperature? THANKS!

1. put it in a slow oven maybe 300 degrees cover it with foil check it in about 45 minutes stir it and decide how much more it needs or put it in the microwave with saran wrap on it with a slit in the wrap cook it on defrost first.........
2. 350* for about an hour - depending on how big it is.
