How can I change Chicken Spinach Casserole leftovers?

Last night, I made a casserole. It was basically cooked chicken, rice, spinach, and a can of cream of chicken soup with cheese on top. It was pretty good. But...is there anything I can do to the leftovers to make it something else? or make it taste different?

1. Put it in tortillas with salsa and cilanto - it might pass as mexican.
2. i would get tortillas ,,,, heat up the stuff,,,, get more cheese,,,, add to the tortillas and more cheese,,, sour cream if you would like
3. Lay out crescent roll triangles so that the wide bases are lined up like this : ...... <> but with the bottoms of the triangles sealed together ...<> and the sides overlapping. Steam some diced carrots and mix it in with the casserole. Add some garlic or lemon pepper or another spice that accents your ingredients. Spoon it down the center of the crescent rolls and then crisscross the side flaps over your mixture. Top it with more shredded cheese and bake it however long is needed to cook the crescent rolls. Slice it up and serve it with a mixed salad.
