do you have a chicken casserole recipe that calls for Ritz crackers?

It's an old recipe from a church cookbook. The main ingredients are chicken and ritz crackers, celery and onion.It does not contain noodles or rice or anything like that. My mom would love to have this recipe again. Thanks!

  1. 4 cups sliced yellow squash 1/2 cup chopped onion 35 buttery round crackers, crushed 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 2 eggs, beaten 3/4 cup milk 1/4 cup butter, melted 1 teaspoon salt ground black pepper to taste 2 tablespoons butter DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Place squash and onion in a large skillet over medium heat. Pour in a small amount of water. Cover, and cook until squash is tender, about 5 minutes. Drain well, and place in a large bowl. In a medium bowl, mix together cracker crumbs and cheese. Stir half of the cracker mixture into the cooked squash and onions. In a small bowl, mix together eggs and milk, then add to squash mixture. Stir in 1/4 cup melted butter, and season with salt and pepper. Spread into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cracker mixture, and dot with 2 tablespoons butter. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until lightly browned
  2. RITZ CRACKER CHICKEN CASSEROLE 1 chicken, cooked & cut up 4 c. chicken broth 1/2 c. celery 1 sm. onion 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 eggs, beaten 1 1/2 c. American (Velveeta) cheese 4 c. Ritz crackers The night before combine first 4 ingredients. Just before you get ready to cook casserole add remaining ingredients except 1 cup Ritz crackers. Sprinkle these top of casserole. Bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees in a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish.
  3. 1 sleeve of Ritz, stick of butter. Crush crax, melt butter, roll chicken in butter, into crax. Bake at 350 for about 1 1/2 hrs. Very easy!!

  5. chicken kiev boned and skinned chicken breasts butter 1 TBS. per breast chopped chives to taste salt & pepper to taste egg beaten cracker crumbs flaten breasts with back of spoon place chunk of butter and chopped chives on each breast roll up and dip in egg and cracker crumbs melt butter in shallow baking dish bake at 350 for 1 hour i got this out of church recipe book.
