To many calories in a day?! 10 points for best answer!! thanks guy :)?

today i ate: - small serving of sweet and sour pork (no rice or anything) - one chicken wing drank: - coffee (one cup) - fresh sqeezed fruit juice - small iced chocki on light soy from glroia jeans is this to many cals for one day???? how many do i have to eat to lose weight?? and the million dollar question = how many cals have i roughly consuymed today!!?!?!?! thanks

  1. That looks just fine :).And you need to consume 1000-1200 a day to lose weight.But it has to be HEALTHY calories.And you also need to exersize.Iy's the only way to really lose weight.
  2. To lose weight you have to burn more calories than you take in. You need to eat more than that as well. Malnutrition just makes you unhealthy and your body's metabolism will fall and rise up again. Make sure you eat properly and exercise.

  5. i say what you had today is fine also not sure how many calories but going by weight watchers you still have points left for the day you should make better choice like more veggies and fruits and yogurts and tons of water stay active and you'll be fine good luck
  6. You've only had one meal today?? Thats no good. It'll slow your metabolism right down. You want 5 small and healthy meals per day.
  7. It all depends on your current weight, hight, age and sex... Calories is not the only thing you should be looking at for good nutrition. If you are interested in getting healthy, may I strongly suggest speaking to a doctor, personal trainer, or health expert. And If that is what you had eaten in one day, then you are not getting the right diet. You should be eating about three times this, with plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables, red meat, and grains ( like whole meal bread ) My links have many good food options, but you should see a professional about your diet, and avoid 'fad diets'.
