Oven baked chicken?/?
At what temperature and for how long should you oven bake chicken? Every time I follow a recipe for oven baked chicken of some sort the chicken is ALWAYS half raw still.

- If you mean a whole chicken, you need to bake it for at least an hour, sometimes more like an hour and a half at 350 degrees F. the skin should be nicely golden brown, the legs should feel soft if you gently squeeze them, and if you poke it with a fork or a knife, the juices that run out should be clear. Be sure that the chicken is completely thawed before you start cooking it.
- completly thaw out your chicken then cook it at 350 for about an hour make sure it is defrosted though causwe my parents love my cooking but hate when i forget that check on it at about 30 mins to make sure it doesnt burn or overcook
- Whole chicken 25-30 minutes per lb at 180C
