  1. Grill the chicken on the grill until almost done and at the last five minutes or so add the BBQ Sauce so it does not burn on the chicken.
  2. Really super easy, but a little time consuming... Hey, you get out of it, what you put in! BBQ Chicken Split Roasted Style Barbecue Recipe...
  3. I have found that if you boil the chicken for about 20 minutes before you put it onto the grill it doesn't burn as easily since it is pretty much cooked. Put the chicken into a large pot and cover it with cold water, Heat to boiling and let it simmer for about 20 minutes. This will also remove a lot of the fat from the chicken before grilling. I agree with waiting to put the bbq sauce on until about 2 - 5 minutes before you are going to remove the chicken from the grill. One other trick, make sure the grill has been lightly sprayed with Pam before cooking to eliminate sticking.
  4. I think the easiest way to keep your food from sticking is to keep you grill grates clean and well oiled. I suggest using a heavy duty, high temperature oil that can hold up to grilling temperatures. Try using more indirect heat when cooking your chicken. Have hot and cooler areas of the grill to control cooking
